It all started when...

It all started when a chef and a designer met each other some year ago in Rome. Valerio & Lucia always had a dream to create their own business and to mix their own experiences where creativity would be the main stream. In 2014 they got the opportunity to start up a business where food & design could coexist, inspiring each other.  IL Mattarello started as organic & artisan pasta lab in Copenhagen in July 2014. After few years, Valerio & Lucia are opening a new store - Tèrra cucina sostenibile, a restaurant where food & design find their climax, Valerio as chef and Lucia as designer of the shop.
